Private group transportation or separate vehicles
Start with when everyone will actually be ready. A group arriving on one flight may be able to leave together. Colleagues arriving hours apart may prefer separate rides. Compare the waiting, luggage and destination requirements before deciding that one large vehicle is the simplest option.
Coordinate group pickup and passenger contacts
A nominated organizer can collect flight details, passenger names, pickup instructions and baggage counts. Ask the group to report oversized items separately. Give dispatch a mobile number that will work on travel day and make sure passengers know whom to contact if plans change.
Group vehicle seating and luggage capacity
